Abstract

ABSTRACT

This research is a qualitative research. Researchers process and analyze the data that has been obtained in the field by using the Miles and Huberman analysis models as well as testing the validity of the data used by the researcher namely triangulation of sources, methods, and time. The results of research that researchers have been able to in the field show that, the implementation of the management of the teaching staff at Satap Tira Middle School has been implemented well according to what is in theory, namely conducting planning and analysis, then holding recruitment and selection well, applying the introduction, placement, and dismissal in accordance with procedures, conducting training and development, granting compensation or remuneration, and terminating the appropriate employment relationship between theory and application applied at Satap Tira Middle School, the performance of employees at Satap Tira Middle School has been very good. it is proven by the increasing number of new applicants in each new school year and the achievements achieved by the students prove that the teachers and employees at Satap Tira Junior High School have a good performance. The supporting factors for the implementation of the management of the teaching staff at Satap Tira Senior High School are running successfully. because its employees receive good attention such as the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure to support the teaching and learning process so that it runs effectively and efficiently, the fulfillment of employee rights, and the fulfillment of employee welfare. There are no significant obstacles in implementing the management of the teaching staff at Satap Tira Middle School.
