Achieving Operational Excellence, Study at UPTD SAMSAT Gowa Regency

Abstract

This research aims to explore the performance of the UPTD SAMSAT in Gowa District, focusing on timeliness in carrying out tasks and work programs, as well as evaluating service quality based on physical aspects, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy dimensions. The research method employed a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews of employees and customers, as well as direct observation of operational processes. The findings indicate that UPTD SAMSAT Gowa District has achieved optimal performance by exceeding local revenue targets, maintaining timeliness in task completion, and receiving ISO recognition for its high-quality service.
