Analysis of Supporting Factors of Employee Performance: A Study in the Department of Industry and Trade

Abstract

Research was conducted to investigate the factors that influence employee performance at the South Sulawesi Province Department of Industry and Trade. This research aims to explore the influence of work ability, work facilities, and work motivation on achieving employee performance targets. The method used is qualitative research with data collection through in-depth interviews and content analysis. Research findings show that work ability, adequate work facilities, and work motivation play a significant role in improving employee performance, although their impact is not always consistent in all contexts. The implications of these findings indicate the importance of paying more attention to these factors in designing human resource management policies and strategies in the public bureaucratic environment.
