<p><em>This study aims to analyze Islamic law regarding the boycott of Israeli products, focusing on the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) Fatwa No. 83 of 2023. This fatwa is significant given the political and social context surrounding it, as well as its potential impact on the economy and international relations. Using a normative analytical approach, this research explores the Islamic legal foundations underlying the boycott decision, including principles of justice, solidarity with fellow Muslims, and the rejection of oppression. The findings indicate that the MUI Fatwa provides a strong basis for the boycott as a form of response to injustice and encourages the community to be more critical in choosing products. Therefore, this research is expected to contribute to the understanding of Islamic law in contemporary contexts and strengthen the position of Muslims in addressing global issues. </em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p><em>This study aims to investigate communication variables influencing policy implementation effectiveness among governmental agencies. The research employs a qualitative phenomenological approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews and document analysis to explore perceptions and experiences of stakeholders involved in policy implementation. Findings highlight significant barriers such as inadequate communication infrastructure, cultural differences, and regulatory constraints that hinder effective inter-agency collaboration. Recommendations include enhancing technological capabilities, fostering a collaborative organizational culture, and developing flexible policies to facilitate smoother information exchange and decision-making processes across agencies. These insights contribute to enhancing the efficiency and coherence of policy implementation efforts through improved communication strategies and infrastructure.</em></p>
