This study uses a correlational quantitative method. To obtain data, questionnaires were distributed to 190 research samples. Sampling used saturated sampling technique. They are KPPBC TMP Juanda employees. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction contributes an influence of 18.72%. Meanwhile, the contribution of organizational climate to OCB was 23.08%. The conclusions resulting from this study are: (1) job satisfaction has a positive effect on OCB (2) organizational climate has a positive effect on OCB (3) job satisfaction and organizational climate have a positive effect on OCB of KPPBC TMP Juanda employees.</em></p> <p><em>Keywords</em>: <em>Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Job Satisfaction, Organizational Climate</em></p> Anissatul Ghurriah ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2020-05-01 2020-05-01 2 2 19 28 https://jurnal.uit.ac.id/JPS/article/view/1001 <p><strong>Abstract: Stress in early adulthood is viewed from online gambling addiction.</strong> This study aims to determine the relationship between online gambling addiction and stress in early adulthood. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were internet cafe visitors in the city of Makassar who played online gambling games and were in early adulthood. The population in this study were 51 online gambling players. The subjects in this study were 33 people using simple random sampling. The results of this study were analyzed using the Pearson product moment correlation showing a number of 0.078 with P = 0.002 (P &lt;0.05), this indicates that the influence between the two is significant, so the research hypothesis is accepted.
