Performance of Land Ownership Certificate Service at the Land Office Agency in the Banggai Regency
Abstract
The implementation of land management, especially those related to the management of land tenure and land rights, is required by a land registration agency to provide legal certainty between land rights holders, transfer of land rights, land mortgage rights and transfer of mortgage rights. Land registration is a source of information for making decisions in land management in terms of controlling, ownership, use and utilization of land. Meanwhile, the research objective is to analyze Freehold Certificate Services at the National Land Agency of Banggai Regency and to analyze the factors that support and hinder the Service of Freehold Certificate at the National Land Agency of Bangga Regency. This research is a descriptive type of research with qualitative data, where in this study the author focuses more on presenting data and facts, not on hypotheses or making predictions. Place of research at the National Land Agency Office of Banggai Regency. The applicant comes to the Land Office to carry out the application for the issuance of a land certificate by submitting all the requirements submitted until the receipt of the Document Receipt (STTD) from the officer. It can be concluded that the service of Freehold Certificate at the National Land Agency of Banggai Regency can be concluded that the overall quality of service provided by the Banggai Regency Land Office is that the land certificate applicant is satisfied. This is indicated by the negative score of the four dimensions of service quality which indicates that the quality of service provided is good and in accordance with the procedure (SOP).
