Work Placement at the Pundata Baji Village office, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency
Abstract
Work placement is a process of increasing individual work abilities that are achieved in order to achieve the desired work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work placement on performance at the Pundata Baji Village Office, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency. This research was conducted in Pundata Baji Village, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency. The population of this study were all employees of the Pundata Baji Village Office, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency as many as 18 people including 11 Civil Servants and 7 Honorary Employees. This study uses this type of research using a qualitative approach. This research was conducted to measure job placement in Pangkep Regency. To complement the data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation guidelines, in-depth questions were asked to key informants. The results showed that work placement as a dominant and significant independent variable had an influence on the performance of the Pundata Baji Sub-District Office, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency. This indicates that employees will be encouraged to improve performance if each authorized work activity is in accordance with their potential.
