The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance in Bappeda and Statistics of Bone Regency. This study uses an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach (positivism). This study uses two types of data, namely secondary and primary data. The results show that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can be seen from the characteristics of the job, the characteristics of the structure and work experience. Organizational commitment can be seen from the characteristics of the job, the characteristics of the structure and work experience. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work placement on performance at the Pundata Baji Village Office, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency. This research was conducted in Pundata Baji Village, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency. The population of this study were all employees of the Pundata Baji Village Office, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency as many as 18 people including 11 Civil Servants and 7 Honorary Employees. This study uses this type of research using a qualitative approach. This research was conducted to measure job placement in Pangkep Regency. To complement the data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation guidelines, in-depth questions were asked to key informants. The results showed that work placement as a dominant and significant independent variable had an influence on the performance of the Pundata Baji Sub-District Office, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the social needs of the work motivation of employees in the public works department of Takalar Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at the Public Works Office of Takalar Regency, totaling 130 people. So the sample members to be examined in this study were 30 employees. The data collection technique used in this research is to use a questionnaire, observation and documentation. The purpose of this research is to find out. The type of research used is survey research. While the design of this research is quantitative research. The population is all employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Office of Bone Regency as many as 104 people, while the sampling in this study uses stratified proportional random sampling by taking 52 employees or as much as 50% of the total population. The data collection technique used in this research is to use a questionnaire, observation and documentation. The results showed that functional technical education and training consisting of training participants, instructors/widyaswara, training period, training materials, training process, training facilities together had a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Office of Bone Regency.
