Implementation of Organizational Behaviour to Improving Employee Work Discipline in Lappariaja District Office, Bone District
Abstrak
This study aims to find out how the implementation of organization can increase the level of work discipline of employees at the Lappariaja District office, Bone Regency and to find out how good the employee work discipline is at the Lappariaja District Office, Bone Regency.The type of research used is quantitative analysis, in which the authors describe the results of observations and analyze the data obtained in the field using correlation analysisBased on the results of research on the relationship between the application of organizational behavior and the work discipline of the employees of the Lapariaja Office of Bone Regency, it can be concluded that the application of organizational behavior at the Lapariaja Office of Boneter Regency is classified as quite good in terms of; division of tasks or work, span of control, formulation of goals, compensation for services provided, delegation of authority, coordination, and leadership abilities. The state of employee discipline at the Lappariaja Office, Boneter Regency, is classified as quite good in terms of; attendance rate, execution of tasks, working hours, and work clothes. There is a positive and significant relationship between the implementation of organizational behavior and employee work discipline at the Lappariaja Office, Bone Regency. The magnitude of the relationship 0.63 is included in the strong category
