Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between strategic planning and organizational culture in the SIMO (Strategy & Initiative Management Office) unit of PT Bank Sulselbar. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation involving employees of the SIMO unit. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that strategic planning and organizational culture have a strong and mutually reinforcing relationship. An open, collaborative, and adaptive organizational culture supports the effective implementation of strategic plans. The findings imply that alignment between strategic planning and organizational culture is crucial for improving organizational effectiveness and achieving sustainable performance in the banking sector
