Integrasi Infrastruktur dan Teknologi dalam Pelayanan Kependudukan: Studi Kasus di Kabupaten Luwu
Abstract
This study aims to explore the effectiveness of population information services at the Office of Population and Civil Registration Agency of Luwu Regency. The methods employed include direct observation and interviews with community members and officials. Findings indicate that adequate infrastructure management, advanced information technology utilization, and emphasis on courtesy in service have positively impacted the quality of population services.
