Implementation of Regional Development Planning in Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi Province
Abstract
Polewali District Bappeda as the development planning agency in the preparation of the Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) has not shown optimal results seen and aspects of data and information provision, Bappeda's consistency in following the stages in development planning deliberations, and planning work programs and budgets are influenced by internal factors and external factors. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documents. There are analysis techniques by reduction, by data and by drawing conclusions. The results showed that the technical policy formulation process for development planning, there were several influencing factors, both supporting factors and factors that hindered the progress of the process. Supporting factors include; There is coordination, community participation, and government commitment.
