The Influence of HR Skills on Performance at the Pundata Baji Village Office, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency
Abstract
Skills in HR independence are a relationship that forms a competence in human resources with the hope of forming a quality level of human resources who are reliable, competent and expert in their fields, so that they have the performance to work. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of skills on performance. at the Pundata Baji Village office, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency. This research uses quantitative descriptive. This research was conducted in Pundata Baji Village, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency. The population of this study were 18 employees of the Pundata Baji Village Office, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency, including 11 Civil Servants and 7 Honorary Employees. The results showed that skills have a significant and simultaneous effect on the performance of the employees of the Pundata Baji Village Office, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency. This means that the increase in employee performance is determined by the level of employee work reliability, conducive work nuances, work suitability and appreciation for work performance achieved.
