Abstract

Work motivation is always related to employee problems in carrying out their duties. The emergence of employee problems is either due to human nature itself who always tries to make ends meet and due to technological advances. Efforts to meet the needs of human life will give birth to an impulse in the human self. The research objective was to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of civil servants in the Agency for Regional Development Planning and Statistics of Bone Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the use of SPSS. The result of this research is that there is an effect of work motivation (X2) partially on employee performance (Y) Regional Development Planning Agency and Statistics of Bone Regency.
