Abstract

Performance is the result or overall success rate of a person during a certain period in carrying out a task compared to various possibilities, such as work standards, targets or objectives or criteria that have been determined in advance that have been mutually agreed. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance in development in the Kelurahan Rajaya, Polombangkeng Selatan District, Takalar Regency. This study used a type of survey research. The research design used descriptive method. Thus solving the research problem will be carried out first by describing the condition of the subject / object of this research, namely the performance of employees based on facts or data obtained as is. The sample in this study were 77 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results showed that the performance of the Kelurahan apparatus had a positive effect on the development of the Rajaya Village, South Polombangkeng District, Takalar Regency.
