Abstract

The ability or ability to carry out or do the tasks assigned to him and succeed. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the employees of the Department of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism in Majene Regency. This research uses survey research type. The research design uses descriptive method. Thus solving the research problem will be carried out first by describing the condition of the subject / object of this research, namely the performance of employees based on facts or data obtained as is. The results showed that the performance level of the employees of the Department of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism, Majane Regency, West Sulawesi Province, showed good results in carrying out government and development tasks.
