Fulfillment of the sense of security of employees at the Public Works Office of Takalar Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the fulfillment of a sense of security in the work motivation of employees at the Public Works Office of Takalar Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at the Public Works Office of Takalar Regency which numbered 130 people. So the sample members to be examined in this study were 30 employees. Data collection techniques used in this study were to use questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results showed that the fulfillment of the need for a sense of security in the form of safe work tools and equipment, work automation and room conditions far from the noise available to employees for smooth work activities supports the increase in employee motivation at the Public Works Office of Takalar Regency.
