Physiological needs of employees at the Public Works Office Takalar Regency
Abstract
Physiological needs are needed to encourage, mobilize and stimulate every employee to have the strength, enthusiasm and passion to work in facing their daily activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the physiological needs of employee work motivation in the public works department of Takalar Regency. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at the Public Works Office of Takalar Regency which numbered 130 people. So the sample members to be examined in this study were 30 employees. The data collection techniques used in this study were to use questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results showed that the fulfillment of physiological needs in the form of receiving incentives for work results, and good health insurance for employees and their families support the increase in work motivation of employees at the Public Works Office of Takalar Regency.
